Jacob Sineni has turned his passion for fitness into his profession over the past 18 years. Jake spent the majority of his career (13 years) at Lifetime Fitness, the leader of the health and fitness industry. Due to his fitness expertise and ability to tailor his training plan to his client’s individual health/fitness goals, Jake was one of the most sought-after personal trainers and was consistently the top revenue generator. He has had many long-term clients, some for well over a decade. While he was highly successful building friendships and a broad client base, his biggest success at Lifetime was that he met his wife there (his official “boss”).
When COVID hit and Lifetime closed, Jake took the opportunity to pursue his dream to open his own health and fitness gym and help people achieve their fitness goals. Thus,THE FIIT CLUB was created, a family-based fitness community.
Jake works with clients of all ages (10-85), physical abilities, and a wide variety of goals: weight loss, building muscle, health & fitness, pre/post-natal and correctional/recovery. Jake’s appeal is that he has the expertise, flexibility and personalization skills to provide an functional individualized intensity training experience that consistently exceeds his client’s expectations. He offers individualized personal training, family or group sessions and specialties such as TPI Golf Trainer, Bootcamp/HIIT Instructor, TRX-L1 Suspension Training Bodybuilding Prep and Spartan SGX.
Jake holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Robert Morris University. In addition to Lifetime, Jake worked at Gold’s Gym and Xsport Fitness. He lives in Darien with his wife, Keeley and two young children, Jacob Jr. and Greta.

I’ve trained with Jake for over 10 years. I used to think I was in good shape before I realized how many things I was not doing to work out my whole body. Jake takes time to create workouts that are challenging and push you, but also work your overall body to keep us healthy. My lower back used to ache if I had to stand for long periods of time cooking or working. In the first few months of working out with Jake, any aches or pain were gone and haven’t returned. Jake is always thinking of new creative workouts. It keeps us engaged and keeps things fresh. He takes personal interest in each one of us and cares about our success.
Been training with Jake for about 10 years! Amazing par of working with Jake is how he adjusts to each and every one of his clients. I’ve been training with Jake for 8 years, and it has been a life changing experience. Jake is the type of trainer that is detail-oriented and will never sell anyone short. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and definitely knows how to push someone out of their comfort zone. Although the workouts are tough, Jake still manages to make them fun, entertaining, and different. He is extremely engaging with every one of his clients, even outside the weight room. He wants to make sure every client is elevating their fitness levels even when he is not around. Jake also builds great relationships with his clients outside of fitness. I’ve worked with many trainers and tried so many classes in the past, however I couldn’t find my perfect fit. I wanted to find a really accomplished trainer who could set me up with effective, dynamic work-outs. Jake provides this and more, and I have been amazed at how effective he has been especially with the gym being closed due to COVID-19. He has carefully managed to perfect my workouts virtually as well. Jake is thoughtful, well-educated, and listens carefully to his client’s needs. He is very particular about proper form which has helped me a lot! Jake is a very nice and encouraging trainer and by far the best I have ever worked with. I recommend him highly!
Jake has been my trainer for the last few years. He is hard working and reliable. Jake is very knowledgeable about everything related to fitness and diet/health.
